On December 19, 2024, a meeting was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology under the leadership of B.N. Boborajabov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs, with the participation of industry representatives on the topic "Meaningful organization of students' winter vacation, creating the necessary conditions for their departure and return to vacation."

The meeting determined that from December 19, 2024 to January 10, 2025, a permanent Headquarters will be established in the main building of the institute and in the Student Dormitory to coordinate the departure of students to the regions and their return from vacation.

It was determined that the Headquarters will perform the following tasks:

-regularly provide students with timely information about discounted tickets and organized buses;

-strictly monitor the safe and healthy arrival of students to their homes and parents' arms;

-clarify the means of transport (plane, train, bus or private car) by which students will leave for their place of residence;

-draw up schedules for students' departure to the regions and coordinate the departure of the remaining students in accordance with the list of students who have received preferential railway and air tickets;

-take necessary measures to ensure that students in need of social protection reach their regions;

-ensure that students reach their places of residence safely by December 25;

-establish individual communication with each student on January 5-7, 2025, and separately monitor their return from their homes and settlement;

-until the vacation period, all faculties and student dormitories will be decorated in accordance with the New Year spirit, set up a Christmas tree, and organize concerts and festive events with the participation of students during free time from classes.

-In addition, it was determined that those responsible will draw the necessary conclusions from the events taking place in student dormitories in the regions and implement preventive measures.

-Students were reminded to follow safety precautions when moving around the dormitories, bathrooms, and lobbies, not to talk on the phone while sticking their heads out of windows or sitting on windowsills, and not to open windows in cold weather to prevent the room temperature from dropping.
