Within the framework of the "ECAMPUZ European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology E RASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE" project financed by the European Union, on September 18-30, 2023, 5 Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🇺🇿🇺🇿 OTM partner organizations , i.e. - the first two-week training course of the project for 26 undergraduate, graduate and PhD students from Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology, Andijan State University and Urganch State University (CAMP1) is underway.

On September 25-26, classes were held at the Department of Food Safety and Functional Product Production Technology of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. Professors and teachers of Estremadura University🇪🇸 and Copenhagen University🇦🇹 taught Uzbek students about modern knowledge, innovative technologies and analysis methods in the field of food. Also, the participants tried out the technology of sausage production in the equipment installed in the department's laboratory under the leadership of Professor Jorge Ruiz-Carrascal of the University of Estremadura and with the support of the employees of Promeat LLC.

On September 27-28 and 29, the training will be held at the Advanced Technologies Center. The last day of the training (September 29) will end with the presentation defense of the groups and the event.
