The demo day is the most important stage of this acceleration program, in which 7 startup teams demonstrated to the general public the innovative projects and modern technological solutions developed during the acceleration period. At this event, the participants presented their solutions aimed at solving current problems in food, technology and other fields through their developments.

C.A.T. Science Accelerator 6.0 Demo Day was organized in cooperation with the Erasmus+ ECAMPUZ project funded by the European Union and the Food Industry Association of Uzbekistan. This cooperation is aimed at developing the technological and innovative potential of the participants of the acceleration program, as well as increasing their international competitiveness.
This event also served as a unique platform for putting innovations into practice, strengthening integration between science and industry, and supporting young entrepreneurs and scientists. During the demo day, the participants had a wide range of opportunities for cooperation, investment attraction and development of their startups.
At the end of the event, the most promising start-up teams were selected by the members of the panel headed by the vice-president of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shahlo Turdigulova and the chairman of the Food Industry Association of Uzbekistan Bahadir Umirshaykhov. In the evaluation process, criteria such as innovativeness, practical importance and compatibility of the projects with market requirements were taken into consideration.
As a result, the first place was won by the "Light Mayo" team consisting of young scientists of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. Their project includes technology aimed at producing a low-calorie and environmentally friendly product that supports a healthy lifestyle.
This recognition showed not only the success of the team at the national level, but also the potential to be competitive at the international level. The "Light Mayo" project has gained a lot of attention as a solution aimed at solving important issues in the food industry.
This result was a source of inspiration for other participants and once again demonstrated the importance of innovative ideas and the possibilities of serving society through them.
