The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev put forward a number of initiatives to implement the changes taking place in the regions, improve the living conditions of the population and define future plans. In order to ensure the implementation of these tasks, cooperation in educational and scientific work has been established between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and Andijan Specialized Boarding School No. 2.
On November 23-25 of this year, professors and teachers of the Department of Chemistry of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, including the head of the department, associate professor A.A. Nabiyev, associate professor M.E. Akhmedov and associate professor T.F. Olimova, paid a business trip to this boarding school.
During the business trip, the department's specialists provided information about the activities of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, future plans, research work carried out in the departments, and large chemical production enterprises of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, seminar-training sessions were held by the professors and teachers of the institute, and heated question-and-answer sessions were organized with the participation of teachers and students of the school.
In addition, handouts and books written by scientists were presented to students as souvenirs to provide more complete information about the activities of the institute. The following scientific and popular manuals were presented to the school library:
1. “Large manufacturing enterprises of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (authors: A.A. Nabiyev, M.E. Akhmedov, Sh.O. Olimjonova).
2. “Chemists of Uzbekistan in the field of inorganic chemistry” (inorganic chemistry, chemical technology of inorganic substances, chemistry of rare and rare metals, chemistry of silicate materials) (authors: A.A. Nabiyev, M.E. Akhmedov, A.A. Mamataliyev, Sh.A. Kadirova).
This visit was a practical step towards bilateral exchange of experiences and improving the quality of education, and laid a solid foundation for the implementation of new collaborative projects in the future.
