First of all, the reports of the work carried out at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year and the plans to be implemented for the new academic year were heard from the advisors of the dean of the faculty on women's issues.
The officials discussed the work done by the consultants during the academic year, the measures taken to support faculty members and students, to ensure their participation in various contests and events. After evaluating the quality of the works organized by the members of the working group, it was noted that necessary recommendations and skills should be given to the officials to improve the quality of the works organized in the new academic year.
Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions and orders of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, internal orders and tasks of the institute, implementation of spiritual and educational activities planned at the faculty during the academic year, implementation of the tasks given on these issues, The work carried out by the tutors of the academic group in cooperation with students and parents is carried out according to the status of the implementation of annual work plans, the involvement of students in clubs, circles and contests within the framework of five important initiatives during their spare time, their participation in socio-political and cultural events in the life of the institute. the implementation of increased tasks, social, spiritual and psychological support measures for students in need of social protection, identification of talented and talented students and their purposeful preparation for national and international competitions, the cases of recommending talented students to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and famous state scholarships was studied and the necessary recommendations were made.
According to the results of the studies, the employment contract of 1 employee who made mistakes during his work was canceled, 1 employee was given a disciplinary measure, and 4 employees were given an official warning.
