A seminar-training was held on working with regulatory documents and digitizing the credit module system

On December 7, 2024, a seminar-training was held for employees at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on the topic “Working with regulatory and legal documents and digitizing the credit-module system”. The event was organized to improve the activities of the institute in accordance with modern requirements and improve the professional skills of employees. Ulugbek Kadirov, Director of the Institute's Registrar's Office, Deputy Deans, professors and teachers, and all tutors actively participated in it.

Initially, Ulugbek Kadirov, Director of the Registrar's Office, gave a detailed explanation of the significance and purpose of the event. Ulugbek Kadirov spoke about the relevance of proper maintenance and digitization of regulatory and legal documents in the process of introducing the credit-module system. After that, practical instructions were provided on planning and organizing the educational process and working in the Hemis information system.

During the seminar, the participants were briefed on the following regulatory documents of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted on December 2, 2024:

- Order No. 451 - “On consideration of appeals on dissatisfaction with the assessment of students' knowledge in higher education institutions and regulation of participation in classes”;

- Order No. 452 - “Improving the procedure for assessing and monitoring students' knowledge”.

The content of these documents and the changes they entail in the educational process were widely covered. Information was also provided about the latest reforms and innovative innovations being implemented on the subject in the higher education system.

After the lectures, experts answered the questions of the seminar participants in detail and provided recommendations for solving problems in the field.

At the end of the event, it was noted that the institute's employees had acquired practical skills in more effective use of the Hemis information system and the credit-module system.

This seminar-training played an important role in accelerating the digitization processes at the institute and improving the quality of education.
