A meeting with the rector of the institute B.Sh.Usmonov was organized for 2023. Kh.L.Pulatov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations, D.Isamatova, head of the scientific-researches, innovations and scientific-pedagogical personnel training department, also took part in the meeting. Our Rector congratulates all the accepted students and wishes them success in their research. It was also emphasized that by the end of this year, those who do not have a B2 certificate on the level of knowledge of a foreign language should obtain a certificate. It was mentioned that the activities of scientific councils that grant scientific degrees in the institute and the existence of scientific journals, which give greater opportunities to researchers. At the meeting, it was noted that there are great opportunities for doctoral students to do scientific internships in prestigious scientific centers of foreign countries.

For information, in 2023, 6 doctoral students, 41 basic doctoral students, 7 interns-researchers, 4 independent researchers were admitted to the institute. Free training courses will be organized for doctoral students to obtain an IELTS certificate from March of this year.
