On August 26, 2024, the delegations of "Caspian Capital" and "Tovuz-Baltiya" MMC.BAS company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and JSC "Uzbekistan champagne" visited the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology (TKTI).

Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology Usmanov Botir Shukurillaevich, vice-rector of the institute for international relations Z.Babakhanova, vice-rector for enterprises and organizations A.Shernaev, dean and department heads, founder of Caspian Capital company Elkhan Pashayev and general director Mammadhasanov Naik, " Three-way meetings were held with the participation of General Director Abbasov Ilhom and Chief Technologist Sadiqov Zakir of "Champagne of Uzbekistan" JSC.

According to paragraph 11 of the decision PQ-260 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 03.08.2023 Appendix 3 "Road map for the comprehensive development of the viticulture and wine industry in 2023-2026" students of TKTI and champagne of Uzbekistan issues such as organization of short-term internships of winery employees in production enterprises engaged in modern winemaking in Azerbaijan, and training of engineers on the basis of joint programs were discussed.

According to the results of the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between Uzbekistan Champagne JSC, Naiqin Co Tovuz-Baltia MMC.BAS and Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

It is planned to send students studying viticulture and winemaking to the Republic of Azerbaijan for internship in September-October.
