"Cooking master class" was organized for young students by professors and teachers of the Department of Food Safety and Functional Product Production Technology, Faculty of Food Technology, Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technolog



Healthy salads, desserts, skillfully decorated fruits prepared by professors serve as a real school of skills for female students.




 Organized "Cooking Master Class" event is a great skill lesson for female students and is of great importance in preparing them for family life.




In this master class, Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology vice-rector for international cooperation Z.Babakhonova, rector's adviser on women's issues G.Aripova, dean of the faculty of food technology U.Baltabayev, dean on women's issues adviser A. Miralimova, head of the Department of Food Safety and Functional Products Production Technology E. Sanayev, deputy dean for work with youth Sh. Begmatov and faculty tutors also contributed.




The students also got acquainted with the art of putting all the dishes, salads and various fruits on the table prepared in the master class.
