"Qafqazinfo" reports that Rector Elmar Gasimov gave detailed information about the Baku Higher Oil School to the participants of the delegation from the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. He noted that the relations between the higher school he heads and the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology of Uzbekistan are at a high level, and this meeting is the next successful step in the development of relations.
