Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations H.L. Pulatov, vice-rector for finance and economic affairs B.B. Kadirov and associate professor of the department of oil refining chemical technology O.Yu. They discussed issues of personnel training at the undergraduate and doctoral stages.

Also, they got acquainted with the conditions created in the student accommodation and library of this foreign university, and learned their best practices.
