As we previously reported, the Innovative Development Agency under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the innovative ideas week "INNOWEEK.UZ-2023" held in Tashkent on October 17-18, 2023 On March 27-28, within the framework of the 4-way cooperation memorandum between the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, the Obuda University of Hungary, and the Jizzakh Regional Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on March 27-28, the delegation of the Obuda University of Hungary visited the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.
As part of the visit, on March 28, the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology B.Sh. Usmanov, the vice-rector for work with enterprises and educational institutions A.N. Shernayev, the head of the International Relations Department S.S. Saidakhmadov, the Department of Economic Affairs of Obuda University of Hungary A meeting was held with regional officials headed by the governor of Jizzakh region and rectors of higher education institutions operating in the region, with the participation of Fehér Botond, the general director, and Nemet Antallar, the project manager of the "Future Industry" technology and innovation park.
In the first part of the meeting, the mayor of Jizzakh region E.A. Saliyev was handed 3 international investment certificates for foreign investments in the modern INNO technopark being built in Jizzakh region. After that, the issues of legal, organizational and scientific-production projects of the joint technology park being established were discussed.
In the second part of the meeting, a visit was made to the scientific-practical center of alternative energy research of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. In it, the scientists and students of the institute were closely introduced to the processes of working on the silicon-based solar panels production project, production equipment.
Also, the construction processes of the Jizzakh youth technology park, which is being built on the territory of the institute, and the details of the projects to be implemented in it in the future were closely introduced.
In the third part of the meeting, a visit was made to the "New Uzbekistan" array, which is being built in the territory of the "Aqtash ota" neighborhood of the Sharof Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region.
Within the framework of the visit, the construction processes of the INNO technopark in the "New Uzbekistan" massif, as well as other objects under construction in this massif, were closely introduced.
For information, it is planned to build a total of 105 multi-storey houses for 4 thousand 500 families in the "New Uzbekistan" massif. It is planned to build 30 facilities such as modern kindergartens and schools, sports and wellness complexes, and innovation centers in the massif area.
