"Alumni Forum 2023" meeting was held in the activist hall of the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. It was attended by the management of the institute headed by the rector of our institute B. Sh.

B.Sh.Usmanov, the rector of our institute, opened the event with his opening speech and noted that with the initiative of the President, the state policy regarding youth in our country has been raised to a higher level, and wide opportunities are being created for young people to reveal their talents and potentials. He spoke about the importance of such forums in the integration of education and industry, the relevance of dual education and the role of the forum in providing employment to graduates. It should be noted that this forum is being held for the first time.

Heads of large enterprises and entrepreneurs who visited the alumni forum spoke about the conditions and requirements in the enterprises they manage.

In particular, the forum includes "Uz-Kor Gaz Chemical", "UzAutoCepla" LLC, "Uzkimyosanoatloyikha" JSC, "Technopark" LLC, "Asl Oyna" LLC, "BESHEFAR GROUP" LLC MO'TABAR UN plant, Walter Engineering, "Uzbekistan GTL" LLC , "State Mark" DUK, "CHILON LUBRICANTS" LLC, "Mehnat" Agrofirma, "Bunyod Gold" LLC, "Aziya Immunopreparat" LLC, "EXACT" LLC, Merit Chemicals, TOP OIL LLC, management and employees visited the graduates of the institute they made a presentation about the enterprise they are leading and operating.

"It is worth noting that everyone needs a mature specialist in his field, he has never been humiliated anywhere," says the head of "EXACT" LLC.

During the forum, the faculty deans of our institute spoke about the faculty graduates who graduated from our institute in previous years and are working as leading specialists in large enterprises. They also emphasized that the students who are currently studying at the graduate level should start working as well as getting an education.

At the end of the forum, the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual-educational affairs B.N. Boborajabov gave a speech and told the students that it is necessary to prepare now in order to reach the highest heights, to be an entrepreneur in life and to be able to foresee the result of each action. gave advice.

Forum participants received sufficient answers to their questions from industry experts and entrepreneurs. At the end of the forum, the heads of enterprises and entrepreneurs were awarded with a letter of thanks by the management of the institute for their active participation.
