On January 25-26 of this year, the “Forum of Group Leaders” was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology for 205 youth groups of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.

The first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual-educational work, Boborajabov Bahadir Nasriddinovich, opened the forum with an introductory speech and spoke about the work being carried out in the youth system of our country, the conditions created and the main goal of the forum.

After this, Nigmatov Shukhrat, an expert from the Shaykhontokhur district department of the Agency for Youth Affairs of Uzbekistan, gave information about the Youth Register, the Temir Register and the Social Register.

On January 25-26 of this year, the “Forum of Group Leaders” was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology for 205 youth groups of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. The leader of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and others, Tursunboev Otabek, gave detailed information on such topics as the formation of volunteer teams, the formation of leadership qualities, and the introduction of modern mechanisms for working with students.

During the forum, the youth leader of the Tashkent State Economic University Shokhrukh Boymurodov gave information to the leaders of our group on the topic “Time Management”.

Madina Abdullayeva, advisor to the chairman of Uzkimyosanoat JSC on youth issues, gave information about the formation of leadership qualities among the leaders of our group.

On the next day of the forum, intellectual games “Chemical Quiz” and “Trap” were held, aimed at improving the teamwork skills of our leaders.

1st place: team BTW (Born to Win);

2nd place: Management;

3rd place: VTSU team.
