On March 25 of this year, 15 directors of educational organizations and business representative leaders of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. The visit of the delegation was organized at the suggestion of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan-Turkey businessmen's association.

Within the framework of the visit, Z.A. Babakhanova, vice-rector of the institute for international cooperation, discussed educational, scientific and international cooperation activities and projects of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, A.N. Shernayev, vice-rector of the institute for working with enterprises and educational institutions, cooperation with the institute's production enterprises. introduced about their work and invited foreign partners to the international congresses and conferences planned in the future.

During the meeting, H. Mirzakulov, director of the Network Center "Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Personnel" at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, gave information about the training courses organized at the institute.

In addition, at the network center "Retraining and professional development of pedagogues" under the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, training courses were held on the topic "Modern pedagogical and information technologies in the educational system" and relevant certificates were presented.

As a result of the visit, it was agreed to develop cooperation in the field of STEM with Nahishevan State University in chemistry, history and literature, Hedel High School (Lyceum) and Idrok International Lyceum.

During the visit, an excursion to the city of Samarkand was organized on March 24 in order to introduce foreign partners to the historical monuments of Uzbekistan.
