Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, the video selector meeting "On measures to further improve the activities of personnel training and higher education institutions in the field of engineering" was held on June 20, 2024. The rectors of engineering higher education institutions specified in paragraph 6 of the statement No. 32 of this statement shall visit the large production enterprises and organizations attached to the relevant HEIs in accordance with the appendix 1 of this statement at least twice a month.

In this regard, on September 26, 2024, specialists of the institute headed by the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology visited the production enterprises of "Angren kaolin LLC" in Angren, Tashkent region, and "AMMOFOS-MAXAM" JSC in Olmaliq.

At this meeting, rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology B. Sh. Bukharov, M.Kh. Aripova of the Department of Technology of Silicate Materials and Rare, Rare Metals and U. Mavlonov, the leading expert of the Department of Marketing, Practice and Professional Education took part.

At the meeting, the issue of attracting scientific staff and implementing the project in the direction of "Development of kaolin enrichment technology", developing a national model of kaolin enrichment that replaces imports for the building materials and porcelain industry, and provides an opportunity to obtain products, inorganic substances and issues of personnel training and establishment of an advanced engineering school in the field of mineral fertilizer production technology, training of personnel in an advanced engineering school in the field of inorganic substances and mineral fertilizer production technology the issues of preparation of discipline-regulatory documents, improvement of personnel qualification were discussed.
