The meeting was opened by A.N. Shernayev, vice-rector for work with enterprises and educational institutions of the institute. In addition, the leading specialists of Marketing, practice and professional education department U.R. Mavlyanov, M.M. Alimzhanov and requirements took part in the event.

During the meeting, due to the need for young personnel in the enterprise, bachelor and master's degree students of the institute were informed about the vacancies in the enterprise. It was also reported that paid internships are planned to be organized at the company.

The event took the form of an open dialogue, and students received answers to their questions from experts.
