The TICT’s achievement in securing its spot under five Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ranking categories in the recently released 2024 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings is a testament to its comprehensive approach to sustainable development goals.
Ranked 1001–1500th overall for 2024, THE evaluated 2,152 universities from 125 countries/regions to produce the Impact Rankings.
In 2023, the Institute excelled in five SDGs: SDG 1 – No Poverty, SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being, SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 5 – Gender Equality, and SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals.
In 2024, progress continued as the TICT was added to the ranking for SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. This brings the total SDG rankings to eight and highlights the institution’s continuous growth and adaptability. The Institute ranks 601-800 for SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation; 801-1000 for SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities; 601-800 for SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
Additionally, the TICT is recognized as a Reporter for the World University Rankings, Asia University Rankings, and Young University Rankings in 2024.
