A master's degree is a higher education that provides fundamental and practical knowledge in a specific specialty, lasting at least two years on the basis of a bachelor's degree. They accept persons who have completed bachelor's (first cycle) or comprehensive (bachelor and master's) studies and meet other requirements set by the Higher Education Institution. The volume of educational programs is 120 credits, the duration of full-time studies is 2 years. Graduation ends with the defense of a master's dissertation, graduates are awarded a completed higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a master's degree, which entitles them to engage in professional activity and/or continue research studies at the doctoral level (third cycle). Master's degree programs
A master's degree is a second-level education, which is offered to people who have a first-level (bachelor's) or part-time education certificate in their special or integrated studies. In 2022, the university will accept 20 programs of second (master's) education.
Acceptance conditions
1. Admission to the master's degree in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the regulations on the procedure for admission to higher education institutions, transfer, restoration and expulsion of students" is done.

3. Admission to master's degree in state higher education institutions is organized twice a year - in August and January. In this:
- admission in August - in accordance with the admission parameters for the next academic year on the basis of a state grant and payment contract, as well as on the basis of payment contract approved by the supervisory boards of higher education institutions granted financial independence;
- admission in January - based on the results of the initial admission, unfilled places and additional payment-contractual admission parameters approved by the State Commission will be carried out

5. Registration of applicants is carried out by admission commissions of higher educational institutions every year from June 15 to July 15 (also on this day).

8. Internationally recognized certificate of foreign language proficiency IELTS ≥5.5, TOEFL ≥72, CEFR ≥B2, TestDaF (TDN3) or B2 or C1 of foreign language proficiency issued by the State Test Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan 50 points from a foreign language are given to those who present a certificate of the level of foreign language and they do not participate in the entrance test from a foreign language: LIST of nationally and internationally recognized certificates assessing the level of knowledge of foreign languages required for applying for master's and doctoral studies

10. Documents issued in languages other than Uzbek or English must be translated into one of these languages and approved in the manner prescribed by law.
11. If the person does not have a diploma recognition certificate, the recognition of education is carried out by the State Inspection of the Quality of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan within 10 working days. Entrance test total and passing scores
2021 Graduate Admission Test Total Scores are as follows:
when entering the master's degree, a test is conducted in special subjects that determine the level of knowledge in the chosen specialty (the evaluation criteria is from 0 to 100 points);
a foreign language test (the second foreign language for majors based on foreign philology, foreign language and literature) is conducted (the evaluation criteria ranges from 0 to 50 points);
The overall rating of a graduate of a higher education institution or mastery index (mastery is expressed by the average score of mastered subjects in the range of 55 to 100 points with an accuracy of one hundredth) is determined.
Internationally recognized foreign language proficiency certificate (at least 72 on TOEFL or at least 5.5 on IELTS, TestDaF (TDN3), at least B2 on CEFR) or the State Test Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan 50 foreign language points will be assigned to those who present a B2 or C1 level certificate of foreign language proficiency and will not participate in the foreign language entrance exam.

2022 1. Admission to the master's program of state higher education institutions is carried out on the basis of the average score of the applicant's undergraduate diploma and the score of the relevant national or international certificate on the level of knowledge of a foreign language, strictly observing the sequence of scores and no additional examination will be held;
2. An applicant with a higher average score of the undergraduate diploma has a higher chance of admission to the master's program at TKTI.
