For the 2022/2023 academic year, applications for transferring and resuming student studies at republican higher education institutions are accepted through the following electronic systems:
transfer.edu.uz – from one HEI of the Republic to another HEI or within one HEI;
my.dtm.uz - from foreign and non-state higher education institutions.
Admission will run from July 15 to August 5, 2022 (also on this day).
Required documents: application (online) transcript or transcript (JPG or PDF format) academic reference (for returning students).
We remind you that starting this year, only 2 categories of students (if they get married or when the job of a civil servant moves to another place) will be allowed to transfer their studies for internal "perevod".

Our following explanations are based on the President's decision, that is, they have official force.
1. Changing the form of education of students in the appropriate field of higher education within one higher education institution (from full-time education to part-time education):
It is carried out on the basis of the order of the rector of the higher educational institution.
2. Transfer of studies from one country's HEI to another country's HEI
In this case, it is allowed only in 2 situations:
1) if the student starts a family and wants to move to the OTM in the area where his spouse lives permanently;
2) if the civil servant moves to another region for work and wants to transfer the education of his spouse or minor child to that region (on the basis of a letter from the ministry of employment).
Otherwise, "domestic transportation" is not allowed. To another region and to another OTM in its own region.
3. Transfer of studies from abroad
Last year's procedure has been preserved:
1) passes a test or a creative exam in a suitable and similar direction and is required to collect a passing score;
2) if he fails to get a passing score, he is allowed to transfer his studies based on the terms of the super-contract;
3) it is not allowed to transfer studies from abroad to a course that is not compatible with the same type.
4. Transfer of studies from foreign and non-state HEIs in Uzbekistan
In this case, the old order of last year has been preserved:
1) passes a test or a creative exam in a suitable and similar direction and is required to collect a passing score;
2) if he fails to get a passing score, he is allowed to transfer his studies based on the terms of the super-contract;
3) a one-time "super-contract" can be transferred for a suitable and unrelated direction.
5. Transfer of studies from state HEIs to non-state HEIs
The state does not control this, the procedure for this is determined independently by the non-state OTMs themselves. Check with the non-public HEI whether or not you can transfer your studies.
