Department of International Rating, Accreditation and Transformation

- Planning and implementation of the institute's entry into the TOP-1000 of the world's recognized QS, THE, ARWU, GreenMetric and other international ratings;

- formation and development of a comprehensive information and statistical base that characterizes the main indicators of the institute's activities;

 - organize analytical support for the activities of the university in a single information environment and control the timeliness of the provision of information necessary to determine the place of the university in international rankings, as well as make proposals, control and draw conclusions in the relevant structural structures regarding the identified problems and shortcomings; 

- give recommendations on holding educational seminars and trainings aimed at improving the skills of employees in international cooperation with the relevant structural structures of the institute; 

- assistance to faculties, departments and departments of the institute in the implementation of cooperation projects with organizations and rating agencies that publish international ratings;

 - ensuring the implementation of regulatory legal documents aimed at improving the quality of activities; 

- forecasting the development of the institution, in particular, work on the program for the development of the institution, monitoring, obtaining conclusions, setting deadlines;

 - participation and control in evaluating the effectiveness of the work of the vice-rector, the head of the department, the chief and leading specialists of the apparatus.

 - creation of a computer data bank in accordance with the uniform requirements of the institute's work regulations, accounting, storage, archiving, monitoring, constant updating of documents, provision of information and assistance.

The main goal of the center is to coordinate the cooperation of the institute and its structural divisions, faculty and staff with organizations publishing international ratings, the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the center in accordance with the regulation of performance evaluation criteria. employees (KPI).
