Information service is an independent structural division of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and directly reports to the rector of the institute.

• In its activity, the service complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Openness of the Activities of State Power and Management Bodies", "On Mass Media" (new version)", " "On the principles and guarantees of freedom of information", "On information provision" and other relevant laws, decisions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan 125 and other decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 15, 2018 "On measures to further improve the activities of information services of state and economic management bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan", higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, obeys the orders of the Minister of Science and Innovation, the decisions of the Council of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, the orders of the Rector, and this Regulation.
• The service carries out its activities in close cooperation with structural divisions, faculties of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and other relevant services of state authorities and management bodies

Participation in the formation and implementation of the information policy determined by the management of the institute in accordance with modern requirements
