The chancellery of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology conducts its activities on the basis of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Ministers, decisions and orders of the Board of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Council of the Institute and orders of the Rector, the institute's charter and the regulations of the Institute.

Purpose of the chancellery:

The organization, management and improvement of work at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, as well as the timely entry of documents from the Ministry and agencies into the EDO.IJRO.UZ system and ensuring their execution are the main goals of the chancellery.

• Organization and improvement of working with documents in the institute;
• Making entrance and exit letters to the institute and properly organizing work with them;
• Control over the timely consideration of the execution of the orders and orders of higher organizations, the rector of the institute;
• Ensuring loading and storage of documents created in the course of work;
• To organize and control the management of documents in the institute's faculties, departments and structural units on the basis of the "document folder" approved in the prescribed manner;
• Control over the terms of execution of documents and their correct formalization;
• Issuance of orders and other documents related to the business trip of the employees of the Institute;
• Timely delivery of applications and notifications to executors through mf.ijro.uz;
• Organization of the internal orders of the Institute in a timely manner and delivery to the executors
