The main goal of the department is to ensure maximum quality and efficiency of the teaching staff and other employees of the institute, implement an effective personnel policy for the institute’s management, and provide the structural units of the institute with employees who have the required specialization and suitable qualifications.

  1. to ensure the activity of the rector and the administration of the institute in solving personnel issues;
  2. preparation of draft documents on organizational and personnel issues related to working
  3. with employees and labor relations for consideration by the rector (vice-rectors);
  4. selection, study and placement of employees together with the heads of relevant structural divisions of the institute;
  5. hiring employees, transferring them to another job, changing the place of work, vacation, changing existing working conditions, promotion, taking disciplinary measures, dismissal and dismissal, as well as, in necessary cases, formalizing the confirmation of the position with documents in the prescribed manner;
  6. to introduce the charter of the institute, the collective agreement and the rules of the internal labor procedure, to explain to them the procedure of hiring;
  7. personal affairs, work books, personal cards, personal and statistical accounting;
  8. keeping employee recruitment and dismissal logs;
  9. Timely inclusion of information about recruitment, change of place of employment, change of working conditions, promotion, dismissal, leave and length of service in relevant documents;
  10. formalization of competition announcements for vacant positions and drawing up appointment schedules;
  11. preparation of draft orders on setting salaries of positions in accordance with the given academic degrees and academic titles;
  12. to inform the employees of the institute about the appointment, change of place of work, significant changes in working conditions, disciplinary measures;
  13. hand over work books with an extract from the order to employees on the day they leave work;
  14. preparing documents for registration of incapacity for work forms, age, disability, survivor's pension and submitting them to social welfare authorities in accordance with the law "On State Pension Provision";
  15. on the basis of the draft vacation schedules, drawing up general vacation schedule projects in the specified periods every year;
  16. timely preparation and submission of reports in the prescribed form, formalization of orders for work notebooks and forms of applications to them, storage of the specified documents, accounting of work books and forms of applications to them;
  17. to support and strengthen the labor discipline to the heads of the attached departments;
  18. preparation of draft orders on incentives and disciplinary measures;
  19. preparation of answers to the requests of state administration bodies, organizations, enterprises and institutions within the scope of the authority of the personnel department;
