The Center will control the living conditions of students living on the basis of the right to rent, eliminate their problems and create amenities, social criteria (the main indicators used to determine the students who need to receive a part of the rent in the first place and determine their social priority), and cover a part of the ren

The section shows the following types of activities.

• Organization of the structure of the commission for the selection of applicants for the payment of part of the monthly rent to students living on the basis of the rental rights of State Higher Education Institutions at the expense of the state budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• To introduce students of all stages with the essence of the content of the "rules of etiquette of the Institute" and to carry out explanatory work on compliance with the laws of the institute that tarnish the educational process;
• Organization and supervision of a shift consisting of teachers and a team of tutors of each faculty on a schedule with the aim of providing student comfort in the student residence, coordinating their arrival at educational institutions at any time from the territory of permanent residence;
• Accommodating students in student accommodation based on the established procedure;
• To ensure that students in need of social protection, who have lost their breadwinners, live in student accommodation with preferential treatment;
• Working in collaboration with neighborhood chairmen and Department of Interior preventive inspectors to overcome the problems of students struggling to find a rental home;
• Creating a common electronic database of students living (in student accommodation, rent, with a close relative);
• Creation of telegram channels specialized in searching for accommodation in order to create a reliable system of searching for accommodation for rent from private apartments for students;
• Regularly visiting the residences of students living in student residences, renting, studying the conditions created there and making proposals to the authorities;
• Formation and approval of a list of students working in different organizations during the free time from the class living in the student residence hall and on the basis of rental rights, carrying out control work in cooperation with organizations.
