In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in paragraph 6 of the 60th task given under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. Mirziyoyev at the videoconference meeting on the effectiveness of the work carried out in the field of social protection in 2024 and priority tasks for 2025 on December 13, 2024, and to create additional conditions for young people to improve their knowledge of general education through preparatory courses, and to ensure the implementation of Order No. 18 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations dated January 17, 2025, preparatory courses with a duration of 6 to 10 months will be organized at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on the basis of the existing material and technical base from March 1, 2025.

It is planned to open preparatory courses in Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, English and History at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

In this regard:

- all young people (without age restrictions) who want to improve their knowledge in general education subjects (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, History, English) will be admitted to preparatory courses;

- preparatory courses will be organized on the basis of a fee agreement concluded with the trainees (or their parents);

- children with disabilities, poor and low-income families in the graduating class will be educated in preparatory courses free of charge;

- the amount of the fee agreement will include the hourly wage fund of the teaching professor (including social tax), technical and material support services for the auditoriums where the preparatory course will be held;

- the procedure for entering and exiting the building and staying in the territory of the preparatory course participants is determined based on the established procedures for students;

- distance learning is organized for those wishing to study from remote areas and regions;

The monthly fee for one subject is 200,000 (two hundred thousand) soums (education of children with disabilities, poor and low-income families in the graduating class is free of charge).
