B. Usmonov’s Official Visit Program to the People’s Republic of China

20–23 November 2025

As part of the delegation of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, B. Usmonov will undertake a working visit to the People’s Republic of China. The visit includes several international meetings and negotiations aimed at strengthening academic and scientific cooperation.

19 November

• Departure from Tashkent on the Tashkent–Beijing–Chongqing flight.

20–22 November

1. Participation in the “International University Meeting”

• Registration, obtaining conference materials, and meeting with participants.
• Identifying potential foreign partners to expand international cooperation and develop future joint initiatives.
• Presenting recent large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan’s higher education system to the international community.
• Attending conference sessions and exchanging global experience in education, research, and innovation.

2. Visit to Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications

• Familiarization with the university’s educational programs and research activities.
• Negotiations on establishing bilateral cooperation in engineering and information and communication technologies (ICT).

23–24 November

Cooperation events with Xi’an Petroleum University

• Participation in the opening ceremony of a joint laboratory within the framework of existing bilateral cooperation.
• Signing documents aimed at further strengthening partnership relations.

Return to Tashkent

• Return to Uzbekistan via the Xi’an–Urumqi–Tashkent flight.
