Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology B.Sh.Usmanov and Head of the International Cooperation and Protocol Department S. Saidakhmadov are participating in the II Forum of Rectors of Uzbekistan and Poland in Warsaw

Currently, the second forum of rectors of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and Poland is being held at the prestigious Warsaw University in the capital of Poland, Warsaw. This prestigious event is attended by more than 80 representatives of ministries and departments responsible for higher education, science and innovation of the two countries, as well as leading universities.

The forum was opened by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan Sarvarkhon Buzrukhonov and the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Poland Andrzej Sheptytsky with introductory remarks.

The moderator of this rectors' forum was Botir Shukullayevich Usmanov, Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. In their speeches, they noted that cooperation between the two countries in the field of higher education, science and innovation is increasingly strengthening, and noted that today's forum will serve to bring cooperation in this area to a new level. During the forum, issues of developing academic exchanges and joint educational programs, establishing double-degree programs and student-teacher exchanges, internships and summer schools, as well as attracting Uzbek students to paid internships in Polish companies and expanding opportunities for participation in international programs such as Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe are being discussed.
