First of all, on behalf of myself and the team of the institute, I sincerely congratulate our dear professors and teachers, who have the honorable and hard-working profession of teacher-coach, on the occasion of the holiday "October 1 - Day of Teachers and Coaches".

As long as a person lives, first of all, he always lives with a feeling of gratitude towards his teachers and mentors, who opened the way to the world of knowledge and enlightenment, and worked hard to instill in his heart the feeling of high human qualities. In our noble nation, there is an ancient proverb that says, "Enlightenment protects the world." After all, in the image of teachers, it is precisely enlightened, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, noble people who serve to inculcate the feeling of human qualities.

It should be noted that as important as the role of education is in the development of the nation, the role of teachers is equally high. In particular, our professors and teachers play a key role in increasing the potential of our institute, in producing modern educated, practical experience, broad-minded personnel for today's labor market.

Today, as a result of identifying talented young people, expanding their participation in science olympiads, increasing their interest in scientific activity, the institute is based on the "Master-student" system, and as a result of this systematic work, our students have been participating in various republican and international competitions and olympiads, taking pride of place. Of course, the role of pedagogues-employees working in our institute is incomparable in achieving such achievements.
