On May 10-15, on the occasion of "May 20 - World Metrology Day", the National Metrology Institute of Uzbekistan held the first national competition "The Best Young Metrologist".

A talented student of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Sayitjon Sayitjon, participated in this competition and won 2nd place in the nomination for the best young metrologist in the field of applied metrology.

The event was attended by the leadership of the Agency, representatives of national and international metrology organizations, scientists and industry specialists.
