It was attended by the rector of the institute - chairman of the Council, Usmonov Botir Shukurillayevich, vice-rectors of the departments, deans of the faculties and members of the Council. At the beginning of the meeting, the achievements of a group of professors and teachers and doctoral students were recognized. Also, our university was awarded a certificate by GREENMETRIC in connection with its rise to 1097th place in the global "Green University" ranking.

During the meeting, the agenda items were discussed and reports from officials were heard. In particular, the report of the Head of the Internationalization and Transformation Department Z. Babakhanova on "Issues of international projects, attracting influential foreign scientists, foreign professors and teachers to educational activities, supporting talented students of the institute in international academic exchange, short courses, summer and winter schools", the report of the Director of the Registrar's Office U. Kadyrov on "The results of the activities of the reorganized Registrar's Office in the 2024/2025 academic year and solutions to the problems arising in the Registrar's Office" were heard and discussed.

Also, the report of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs T. Safarov "On the work carried out to improve the quality of the educational process and methodological improvement of educational work in the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year", reports on various issues by the Vice-Rector for Economic and Organizational Affairs B. Qodirov, Head of the Department for Handling Appeals and Ensuring Executive Discipline Kh. Berdiyev, and the Senior Legal Counsel of the Institute B. Radjabov were heard.
