On February 20, 2025, an open dialogue "Leader and Student-Youth" was held with students at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology with the participation of Rector Usmanov Botir Shukurillaevich.

At it, B.Sh.Usmanov spoke about the opportunities created by our state for young people and reforms in the field of education. As the future owners, he called on today's youth to work tirelessly on themselves, get solid knowledge, learn foreign languages, and strive for the development of the country.

Also, the graduate listened to the plans and opinions of young people about their participation in the educational process, their dreams and aspirations, and their vision for the future. Necessary recommendations were made regarding the direct employment of students. During the meeting, which took place in the form of an open dialogue, the rector of our institute gave recommendations on how to make the most of the opportunities created for young people, set goals and strive for them, study at master's and doctoral programs, and conduct scientific research.
