A round table discussion was held on the occasion of “June 26 - International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking”.

In order to promote a healthy lifestyle among students and form respect for national values, a round table discussion was organized at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on the occasion of “June 26 - International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking”.

The discussion was attended by the Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, J.T. Siddikov, faculty tutors, and students. During the discussion, the students were given a detailed explanation of the harm to human health that “drug addiction” poses to a person’s peaceful life, its negative and tragic consequences.

Also, a video clip entitled “Drug Addiction - a Waste of Life” was shown during the discussion.
