December 9 - International Anti-Corruption Day, organized by the Open Doors event, was attended by international expert Kadir Kuliyev, who presented a meaningful report on the legal, social, psychological and cultural dynamics of corruption, as well as mechanisms for its prevention and detection.

December 9 - International Anti-Corruption Day, organized by the Open Doors event, was attended by international expert Kadir Kuliyev, who presented a meaningful report on the legal, social, psychological and cultural dynamics of corruption, as well as mechanisms for its prevention and detection.

During the event:

theoretical and practical approaches to combating corruption,

advanced international experiences of different countries,

systematic prevention, risk assessment and proposals for strengthening institutional stability were discussed based on a reformist and analytical approach.

After the seminar, the heads of departments supported the meeting with great interest and participated with unusual, analytical and professional questions reflecting the depth of the topic - which showed the growing need for active knowledge and practical competencies in combating corruption.

The event was held in accordance with the main requirements of the UN Convention against Corruption - prevention (Article 5), standards of integrity (Articles 7-8), openness and public participation (Articles 10-13). Such meetings are important in building a culture of combating corruption and strengthening the principles of openness and transparency.
