The Alley of Writers is a place of youth and spirituality.

On April 29, 2025, under the slogan "Literature is the heart of the people", a spiritual and educational event entitled "It is our duty to remember our ancestors" was held in the Alley of Writers, dedicated to the in-depth study and promotion of the life and work of the People's Poet of Karakalpakstan, Hero of Uzbekistan Ibroyim Yusupov.

The event was attended by Sh. Begmatov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology, faculty tutors, and students.

During the event, students were provided with information about the life and work of the People's Poet of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan, Hero of Uzbekistan Ibroyim Yusupov. In addition, talented and active students performed the poet's poems and songs.

Today, another reading event was held in one of the beautiful places in the center of our capital - the Alley of Writers. This event brought together young people, creative people, literature lovers and representatives of the general public.

The main goal of the event was to widely promote the culture of reading, increase interest in literature among young people, as well as once again remember the masterpieces of Uzbek and world literature.

During the event, Sh. Begmatov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology, spoke and expressed his views on the importance of reading, and the fact that the main foundation of science begins with reading.
