On March 11, 2025, Professor Z. Babakhanova, Head of the Department of Internationalization and Transformation of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, participated in the festive event and a round table discussion on the topic “Women in Academia and Women in the Corporate Sector” held at Amity University in Tashkent on the occasion of International Women's Day.

The event was opened by the Director of the University Shukhrat Sattorov and Dr. Naina Chaudhary, and a photo competition dedicated to the empowerment of women was presented.

The round table discussion on the topic “Women in Academia and Women in the Corporate Sector” was attended by successful specialists from various fields, including Z. Ismailova (Republican Blood Transfusion Center), Z. Babakhanova (TKTI), D. Yuldasheva (EMU University), A. Surkova (Women in TECH) and others, who shared their thoughts and experiences on women's professional growth and leadership.
