The first week of CAMP3 training!

During the first week of CAMP 3 training, participants listened to lectures on Basic Spectroscopy, Quality Control in Analysis, Spectroscopic Fundamentals, IR Spectroscopy and other similar topics.

The participants were divided into eight groups, each group including students from different universities in Uzbekistan. In addition to the lectures, during the training, participants participated in group exercises aimed at identifying unknown food products based on their IR spectra.

On Sunday, CAMP 3 participants and the ECAMPUZ project team took a day trip to the ancient city of Khiva. There, they learned about the rich history, culture, and local cuisine of the Khorezm region.
