A spiritual and educational event entitled “State Language — Pride of the Nation” was held!

On October 20, 2025, a spiritual and educational event entitled “State Language — Pride of the Nation” was organized at the initiative of the Department of Languages ​​of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

The event was attended by professors and teachers of the department K.D.Davlatov, G.N.Tavaldiyeva, B.R.Kadirova, R.U.Torejanova, A.A.Akhmedova, G.U.Komilova, K.A.Ikromova, M.J.Rakhmonova, and students of groups 25-25, 25-31 and 25-80.

Language is an invaluable asset that expresses the spirit, history, culture and identity of the nation. As the great enlightener Abdulla Avloni noted, “Language is the mirror life of every nation, which shows its existence in the world.”

During the event, Associate Professor of the Department of Languages ​​G.N. Tavaldiyeva spoke about the role of the Uzbek language in today's era of globalization, the current aspects of developing our language in the context of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. She noted that the strong position of the Uzbek language in the virtual space is of national security importance.

At the end of the event, the head of the Department of Languages ​​K.D. Davlatov spoke and congratulated all participants on the 36th anniversary of the Uzbek language being granted the status of a state language.

The festive event was held in a high spirit, and students who actively participated were awarded certificates of honor and books.
