“Business Marathon” training within the framework of the “Dolzarb 90 Kun” project

Within the framework of the implementation of the tasks set out in the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations No. 01-15/36 dated May 23, 2025, the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology is organizing “Business Marathon” motivational seminar-trainings with the participation of successful entrepreneurs in order to widely involve students in entrepreneurship.

On August 28, 2025, the next training was held at the Department of Chemical Technology of Oil and Gas Processing of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies. The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, L.A. Yusupova, who touched upon the issues of competitiveness of young people in the modern labor market, realization of entrepreneurial potential, and formation of practical skills.

The training was attended by:

• Turdikulov Anvar Rakhmat oglu - analyst of the gas preparation and reprocessing department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC,

• Khairullayev Sadullo - leading engineer of the gas and condensate production department of Gazli GQIZ,

• A.M. Mirkomilov - head of the Career Center,

• dean of the faculty L.A. Yusupova,

• heads of departments Sh.Sh. Mingliyev and A. Khusainov, as well as graduate students.

They shared their experience with young people on the secrets of successful business, legal frameworks, brand creation, learning from mistakes, and effective operation in a market economy.

In addition, representatives of the enterprise provided detailed information about the procedures for hiring graduate students, available vacancies, and state programs aimed at ensuring youth employment.
