INTEGRATED TRAINING WITH PRODUCTION IN THE DUAL EDUCATION PROCESS

On October 14, 2025, representatives of the leadership of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs T. Safarov, Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering Sh. Bukhorov, and Head of the Career Center A. Mirkomilov visited the “Maxam-Chirchik” JSC enterprise.

During the visit, the activities of the “Maxam-Chirchik” JSC department branch, established on the basis of the “Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances” Department of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the Institute, were studied. The educational process in this branch is carried out on the basis of a dual form of education, that is, in combination of theory and production practice.

At the meeting, representatives of the institute got acquainted with the conditions of educational processes at the enterprise, and also held negotiations with the management of "Maxam-Chirchik" JSC on issues of improving dual education, establishing paid internships, and placing graduates in employment. The students expressed their deep gratitude to the management of the institute for the effective organization of their internships and the created conditions.
