An open lesson on the topic “Use of waste from the production of essential oils” was held

On December 9, 2025, an open lesson on the topic “Use of waste from the production of essential oils” was held at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Food and Winemaking Technologies, Department of Food and Perfumery and Cosmetics Technology by PhD, Professor R.R. Akramova.

During the lesson, students got acquainted with the effective use of waste generated during the production of essential oils, their processing and modern technologies.

The head of the Department of Education Quality Control, Professor A.I. Khudoyberdiyeva, Head of the Department, Professor A.T. Ruzibayev, Associate Professor Sh.D. Salijanova, Acting Associate Professor M.O. Khamidova participated in the open lesson as experts.

The lesson, which was conducted based on interactive methods and handouts, was received with great interest by the students.
