A monitoring event with the participation of a focus group was held within the framework of the GIZ PECA5 international project
On May 23, 2025, a focus group meeting was held to assess the results of the international project “Professional Development of Teachers in Central Asia for Sustainable Training in Food Technologies”, which is being implemented in cooperation with the Latvian University of Natural Sciences and Technology (LTFTU) within the framework of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH “Professional Education for Economic Growth Sectors in Central Asia – PECA5” program.
At this event, a discussion was held with the project participants by Khalil Kadzhiyev, a monitoring specialist of the GIZ organization. During the meeting, a SWOT analysis was conducted on the work carried out within the framework of the project.
The event was actively attended by professors and teachers of the Department of "Technology of Food and Perfumery and Cosmetic Products" - Ruzibayev Akbarali, Dzhakhangirova Gulnoza, Akramova Ra'no, Rakhimov Dilshod, Khodjayev Sarvar, Salijonova Shakhnozakhon and Gaipova Shakhnozakhon.
The focus group participants exchanged views on the most important achievements within the project, the main factors contributing to international cooperation, as well as the challenges encountered in continuing cooperation between educational institutions, and jointly conducted a SWOT analysis of the work package.
