On October 16-18, 2024, the "Intra- project conference" is taking place.

The conference brought together researchers, teachers, industry representatives in the field of food science and technology of Uzbekistan, as well as European Union specialists in food science and technology.

The conference was opened by Shakhlo Turdikulova, Vice-President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Director of the Center for Advanced Technologies. The conference will focus on Food Science and Technology, Biotechnology in Food Science, Genetic Engineering in Food Science, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, Artificial Intelligence in Food Science, Development of Functional Ingredients in Food and Diet and Nutrition Lectures on such topics will be held by advanced foreign and local scientists. In addition, young scientists and graduates participating in the "Train-the-trainer" program of the project will demonstrate their scientific research and achievements in the field of food science and technology. Those participating in the event will have the opportunity to see the scientific posters prepared by ECAMPUZ project participants.
