In order to support the activities of the "Mahalla Seven" in the regions and solve the problems of the population in the makhallas themselves by introducing the principle of "state bodies working in the makhallas", the composition of the Republican working group consisting of ministries, departments, organizations and public representatives was approved and the task of the working group members to go to the regions was set.
In particular, Murodov Sobur Ganievich, Advisor to the Chairman of the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan, and Boborajabov Bakhodir Nasriddinovich, First Vice-Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, were assigned to the Jizzakh region as working group leaders.
The working group representatives, together with the khokimiyats, were assigned the task of visiting the makhalla sevens in 309 MFIs in the Jizzakh region and organizing the following work:
- organizing dialogues with the "mahalla seven" and their activists and providing them with organizational and methodological assistance;
- studying the problems of the population and developing proposals for solving systemic problems in makhallas;
- issues of developing and implementing targeted programs with a clearly defined mechanism for working on reducing unemployment and poverty in neighborhoods, transforming them into areas free from crime and family separation were raised. Representatives of the working group met with 64 heads of MFYs located in the Zamin and Forish districts of Jizzakh region and provided methodological recommendations and suggestions.
