In this regard, a list of successful entrepreneurs was formed at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and a schedule for organizing motivational trainings was developed.
Also, a list of students and young people who want to start their own businesses was formed, and trainings were held with their participation. In particular, on July 25 of this year, the “Business Marathon” seminar-training for graduating students was held at the Department of Basic Organic Synthesis of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology based on the “Actual 90 Days” project.
The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies, L.A. Yusupova, who in her speech spoke about being competitive in the modern labor market, realizing the entrepreneurial potential of young people and developing practical skills in them.
The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Innovation Department of Uzbekneftegaz A.E. Saydakhmedov, Specialist of the Localization Department of Uzkimyosanoat A.Akhmedov, Employee of the Shurtangaz Chemical Complex T.Boykobilov, Employee of the Muborak Gas Processing Plant JSC Ravshan Kurbonov, Employee of the Seneg Company in Andijan Region Solijonov Asilbek, Employee of the Radix Company, Employee of the Institute of Polymer Chemistry and Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan F.Turakulov, Associate Professor of the Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances Sh.Sh.Hasanov, as well as Head of the Career Center A.M. Mirkomilov, Dean of the Faculty L.A. Yusupova, Head of the Department of Basic Organic Synthesis A.E. Ziyadullayev, and graduate students.
They shared their experiences with the graduating students on the secrets of successful business, legal frameworks, learning from mistakes, building your own branding, and effective operation in a market economy based on important concepts and real-life examples.
After that, a representative of each enterprise provided detailed information on the current labor market situation, state programs aimed at ensuring youth employment, ensuring graduate employment, and the procedures for hiring for existing vacancies.
