"On the Path to Future Professions: Acquaintance with Advanced Educational Experiences within the PECA V Conference" was held.

The final conference of the PECA V international project, organized by the GIZ international organization in Bishkek in June 2025, continues its work. The 2nd day program within the framework of the conference continued with a visit to vocational education institutions located in the city of Kara-Bolta, Kyrgyzstan.

Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Transformation of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology Z.A. Babakhanova, Advisor to the Rector for Women's Affairs G.Sh. Aripova, and Professor of the Department of Food and Perfumery and Cosmetics Technology G.Z. Jakhangirova actively participated in the final conference.

This stage of the conference was held with the participation of delegations from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the Compass College and the Kara-Bolta Technical and Economic College named after M.T. Ibragimov.

The main purpose of the visit was to study the innovative approaches introduced within the framework of the PECA project, forms of education in the creative economy, the dual education system, practical training, and the practical results of the integration of education and production.

The delegation members got acquainted with the following aspects:

The dual education system combining theoretical and practical training;

Educational and practical training organized on the basis of effective cooperation with enterprises;

The activities of the "Young Creators Forum" supporting student initiatives;

Modern laboratories and production workshops created within the framework of the project.

In particular, the following practical infrastructures made a great impression on the participants:

Dairy processing workshop;

Beer production training and production workshop;

Laboratories "Technology of Bread, Confectionery and Pasta Products", "Technology of Milk and Dairy Products";

Modern laboratories for sensory analysis and flour production;

Master classes with the participation of experienced specialists.

At the end of the conference, important agreements were reached:

An agreement was reached with GIZ to organize 144-hour advanced training courses on the "Distance Learning" module for professors and teachers of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology at the K.I. Satpayev National Technical Research University in Kazakhstan.

An agreement was reached to introduce a joint master's degree program in the "ME.d - distance learning" direction in cooperation with the Kyrgyz State Technical University from the 2025/2026 academic year.

This visit will serve to further strengthen regional cooperation, innovative approaches to education, and international exchange of experience.
