“Three Generations Meeting” at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering — A Warm Meeting with Honorary Mentors

On May 9 — the Day of Memory and Appreciation, the Department of Higher Molecular Compounds of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology held a “Three Generations Meeting.”

The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Institute, T. Safarov. In his speech, he sincerely congratulated the honorary men on behalf of the institute team and especially recognized their exemplary life, selfless work, and invaluable contribution to the development of the institute.

After that, the Head of the Department of Higher Molecular Compounds, R. Adilov, provided full information about the current activities of the department, ongoing scientific research, and priority areas for training young personnel.

During the event, honorary teachers - Professor G.R. Rahmonberdiev, Academician A.T. Jalilov, Professor A.Kh. Yusufbekov, Director of the Sovplastital Enterprise A.N. Melkumov, Associate Professor S.M. Khoshimova, Professor A.S. Ibodullaev, Sh.T. Abdurashidova - spoke and shared their memories, scientific activities, experiences in youth education, and recollections. Their sincere words were a great spiritual nourishment for all participants, especially the younger generation.

During the event, a touching video about the honorary teachers and current professors of the Department of Higher Molecular Compounds was shown.

This video once again reminded us of the value of teachers, their place in the history of the institute and their incomparable influence on the lives of the younger generation.

In the second part of the event, a banquet was prepared for the honored guests.

There was a warm conversation, reminiscences and warm wishes.

This meeting, rich in warm conversation and warm conversations, served to strengthen the unity of generations, the traditions of mentorship, and deepen the principles of mutual respect and appreciation.
