Master class under the slogan “My life is my choice”

A master class on the topic “Healthy alternatives to sugary drinks” was held at the Faculty of Food and Wine Technology by Miralimova Aziza Isamutdinovna, senior lecturer of the “Food and Perfumery and Cosmetics Technology” department.

During the event, attention was paid to students' daily consumption habits, their interest in a healthy lifestyle was increased, and the negative effects of harmful drinks were explained.

The master class included:

The impact of sugary drinks on the body and energy balance, the consequences of excessive consumption;

Natural juices, fruit drinks, herbal teas and other useful alternatives;

The process of preparing healthy drinks was demonstrated in practice.

Students had the opportunity to taste the prepared drinks, ask questions and directly observe them.

The event served to develop their healthy eating culture, form conscious consumer skills, and encourage independent thinking.
