Based on the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 206 dated June 9, 2025 and the Order of the Tashkent City Department of Justice No. 238 dated June 16, 2025 "On holding the legal campaign "Guaranteeing the labor rights of employees", a seminar-training on the topic "Guaranteeing the labor rights of employees at the Tashkent Chemical Technology Institute" was organized at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

The event, which was attended by officials of the Tashkent City Department of Justice, the institute's management and the chairman of the trade union, heads of departments, deans of faculties and employees, discussed labor relations between employers and employees, including:

- the basic rights of employees related to the employment contract;

- the right to labor leave, working hours and rest;

- monthly wages, disability;

- benefits for women and employees with many children;

- labor Issues such as the uniform application of labor legislation were widely discussed.

Also, the institute's management and relevant employees provided necessary answers to the questions of the participants regarding labor rights.
