On April 29, 2025, the next session of the discussion club on the topic “Urgent tasks of creating favorable conditions for married students and student mothers in higher educational institutions” was held with the participation of deputies of the “Milliy Tiklanish” democratic party and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.
Gulnara Aripova, Advisor to the Rector for Women's Issues of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, and our married students actively participated in it.
The session discussed in detail the problems faced by students who simultaneously study at higher educational institutions, become mothers, and lead a family life, their social protection, reducing obstacles encountered in the educational process, and the effective use of distance learning opportunities. At the same time, G. Aripova spoke about the order of the rector of the institute No. 108 dated April 2, 2025 “On the introduction of the blended learning system at TKTI”, that is, the introduction of the blended learning method at the institute for the purpose of testing, which has brought a number of conveniences to students with families. As a proposal, she put forward proposals such as developing mechanisms for introducing the practice of sending students to state preschool educational organizations, like private preschool educational organizations (private preschool educational organizations cannot financially provide all students and children of young families), not from the age of 3, but from a younger age. Our students also shared their suggestions. The discussion club session was highly appreciated by the participants, and important proposals were made on improving organizational and regulatory documents in this area.
